These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cassiusforever.com, including its music archive, player, posts, community features, live room, and TV broadcast. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is intended for people age 13 or older.

Your account

Some features, such as chatting, joining the live room, saving posts, and downloading content, require an account. Provide accurate and complete information, keep your sign-in method secure, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from the account menu.

Text and email updates

Joining the updates list is optional and is not required to create an account. If you opt in, we may contact you about new music, shows, merch, and other news. For SMS, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help. You can also unsubscribe from email updates at any time from the account menu (Mailing list) or by emailing us. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Music, downloads, and playlists

Original music, compositions, lyrics, videos, artwork, and posts created by CassiusForever are the exclusive property of CassiusForever.com and are protected by copyright laws. Other material belongs to its respective rights holders. The site gives you a limited, personal, non-commercial permission to stream that material and, where enabled, download it for personal listening. A download or playlist does not transfer ownership or grant a license to commercially use the material. Do not sell, redistribute, publicly perform, re-upload, modify, or otherwise use content beyond that permission without written authorization from the rights holder. Where playlist tools are available, playlists are for your personal enjoyment on the site.

Third-party material

The site may feature material owned by others, including instrumentals used for freestyles, found images or GIFs used as artwork for unreleased demos, and clips or media shown during the TV broadcast. We do not claim ownership of that material; it remains the property of its respective owners. It is presented for non-commercial, artistic, or commentary purposes. If you own material on the site and want it credited or removed, see Copyright reports below.

Do not use the site to bypass download restrictions, scrape or bulk-copy the catalog, interfere with playback, or remove ownership notices.

Content you share

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the feature where you shared it. Only share content you have the right to use and provide that permission for.

Live room, broadcasts, and recordings

Live-room audio and other broadcast content may be transmitted to viewers in real time. If the host invites you onstage, you will see a recording notice before joining. Pressing Proceed confirms that you understand your microphone and, if enabled, camera may be included in the live broadcast and a private recording made by the host. If you do not agree, do not proceed onto the stage.

Private MP4 recordings are available to the host through the Control Room for up to seven days after a broadcast. The live provider may retain an operational copy for up to 15 days. Do not record, rebroadcast, or distribute another participant's contribution without the host's and participant's permission.

Community conduct and moderation

We want Cassius Forever to be a positive, safe community. Only the site owner publishes posts; you may react to posts using the reaction tools provided. When using the live room, chat, reactions, or other community features, do not:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone
• Share hateful, unlawful, or sexually explicit material
• Broadcast or post content you do not have the right to share
• Spam or disrupt the chat or the natural flow of conversation
• Share malware or malicious links, or use the site for anything illegal
• Attempt unauthorized access, probe or overload the site, or interfere with another person's use

The host may mute speakers, move people offstage, remove participants, end a room, or delete or restrict chat content. We may also remove content or restrict accounts to protect the service, its users, or rights holders.

Copyright reports (DMCA)

We respect the rights of creators. If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to cassiusforever.contact@gmail.com that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner
• The copyrighted work you believe was infringed
• The material you believe is infringing and where it appears on the site
• Your address, phone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner

We may remove or restrict reported material and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for services we do not operate.

Availability and disclaimer

We try to keep the TV broadcast, live room, and every other feature running smoothly, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continued availability of any content, or recovery of lost data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Responsibility for your use

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought against CassiusForever.com because of content you share, your conduct on the site, or your violation of these terms or another person's rights.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above, and may also notify registered users of significant changes. If a change requires renewed consent, we will ask you to agree before continuing to use the affected feature. Otherwise, continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
